Individual Coaching Consult
Schedule an individual consultation of 60, 90, or 120 minutes to discuss your coaching needs. This could include:
Training design and adjustments
Returning from injury
Movement/mechanics analysis
Ancillary training
Race preparation and/or debriefing
Rate: $150 per hour
Training Plan Design
Remote Coaching Partnership
Alex will design a training schedule to prepare you for your goal race or upcoming season. This option includes an intake call to discuss your background and specific needs, but does not include ongoing communication and adjustment once the plan is written.
Rate: $50 per week of planning
Alex will design a comprehensive training plan to prepare you for your goal race. This plan includes:
A comprehensive intake process to develop an athlete profile and determine the best path to the client’s unique goals
Personalized schedules for both running and ancillary (non-running) training
Ongoing review of the athlete’s workout data through the Garmin Clipboard or Coros Training Hub platforms (if applicable)
Weekly check-ins to discuss progress and adapt/revise the plan as needed
